    The Brunch Edition

This brunch came together due to the rainy, icy Sunday we had last week. Thank you, Spring! In a way I’m thankful but then I’m not. This ugly weather canceled our plans for the day and we were confined, yet again, to the house. What’s better than spending the day cooking and eating?? For example: Replace the mozzarella cheese with Feta cheese and add a little red onion to saute with the spinach for a Greek style omelet. I used the egg whites only, because I had them leftover from a dessert I made. Feel free to use…

Hi, I’m Hannah and I have a serious sweet-tooth.  I am always looking for something sweet to snack on. If you follow my food adventures on Instagram, you can see that I opt for a lot of fresh fruit to satisfy said sweet-tooth. Once in a while, however, I like to splurge… And when I splurge, I splurge real GOOD! This Galette will be as sweet as you want it to be, basically. The power is in your hands as far as its purpose. Are you making it for dessert or as a semi-sweet brunch treat? So I’ve been making this cheese mixture for years now. It is something that my Mother used…
