This was a fresh summer pasta dish, inspired by @bonappetitmag I sautéed garlic and shallots in olive oil. Added zucchini, squash, lemon juice, thin spaghetti, Parmesan and pasta water.. Seasoned with salt and pepper then sprinkled with fresh thyme and squash blossoms from my garden. 👌Sounds easy, no?
