Delicious Salad Dressing

This Greek style dressing is so refreshing and delicious on any combination of greens and veggies. It’s quite delicious over greens and fruit as well. It’s got a great punch of garlic and the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice pull everything together very nicely.
For the salad pictured, I used a combi20180101_143602.jpgnation of romaine hearts and baby spinach. Topped it with garbanzo beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, and wild caught salmon (canned) from Costco. I also sprinkled the beets with a little bit of feta cheese. It was quite delicious, refreshing and most importantly, healthy.
I need a good detox from all the holiday eating I’ve been taking part in. So what better way to do that, than with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar?! Try this dressing… It will become a staple in your fridge and hopefully help your new year resolutions come together smoothly and deliciously!
