Mango+Peach+Mint Sorbet

This summer treat is the easiest to make and it is so delicious. You can even make it a boozy treat if you wish, for all the adults (21+) at your party.
I added a little Elderflower liquor like St-Germain to the mix, but I suspect that it would be delicious with Rum, Tequila and even Vodka.


Mango+Peach+Mint Sorbet

  • Servings: 4-6

  • 1 Cup frozen mango
  • 1 Cup frozen peaches
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup St-Germain (Optional)
  • 5 medium mint leaves


  1. Place all of the ingredients, starting with the liquids, in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until nice and smooth.
  3. Pour contents into a parchment lined dish; I used a loaf pan.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Tip: If you are making this non-boozy, use additional Coconut Milk to help the blending process.
