This summer treat is the easiest to make and it is so delicious. You can even make it a boozy treat if you wish, for all the adults (21+) at your party.
I added a little Elderflower liquor like St-Germain to the mix, but I suspect that it would be delicious with Rum, Tequila and even Vodka.
Mango+Peach+Mint Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 Cup frozen mango
- 1 Cup frozen peaches
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup St-Germain (Optional)
- 5 medium mint leaves
Preparation
- Place all of the ingredients, starting with the liquids, in a blender.
- Blend on high until nice and smooth.
- Pour contents into a parchment lined dish; I used a loaf pan.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours.
Tip: If you are making this non-boozy, use additional Coconut Milk to help the blending process.
